Greeka.com made it so easy for my recent trip. This was my first time using it and I will continue to use Greeka for all future travel and I recommend this to all of my clients as well!

I had heard many awful stories about the the ferry transport services around the Greek Islands.
I booked our transfer from Santorini to Mykonos with Greeka Ferries and I must admit with trepidation.
We were amazingly surprised with the service this ferry line provided. Firstly, booking online was simple and hassle free. On the day of our travel, they were efficient, ran on time and transported us with less fuss and burdens of taking an internal flight. It was a welcome relief to not have to worry about baggage weight limitations!
Next time I will be travelling to the Greek Islands, I will most definitely travel with Greeka Ferries.

We have used a Car Rental several times through Greeka.com and they have never been a nice company to deal with but the price is good, so you accept the abrupt manner and poor quality cars.
Every year I request to pay for the full Collision Damage Waiver because they drivers are so bad on Paros and it would give me peace-of-mind - I was told it was not available, which is bizarre because Your Car Rental is effectively Europcar and they offer it.
This year I was very unlucky and came back to a damaged car that had been parked in a public car park in Parikia. We took the car to the 'Yours Car Rental' office straight away to find out how much this would cost us. We were charged a shocking 516.58 euros. The costs are:
claim costs (admin fee): 140.00 - it took Michael a few minutes to send an email to the repair company
lost of rental: 30.00 - fair enough if you are actually going to repair the damage
labor: 139.50 - fair enough if you are actually going to repair the damage
paintwork: 140.00 - fair enough if you are actually going to repair the damage
I think this is extortionate - the car was in terrible condition; the clutch was worn-out, the power-steering was pulling, it's already covered in dents and scratches, that have never been repaired. We know that this damage will never be repaired and they are simply making money out of our misfortune.

Thank you for your feedback. We contacted the car rental agent in order to find out their point of view on this issue.
As they explained you received a Hyundai I20, a turbo diesel vehicle for which they never received any complaint from you.
Furthermore, they informed us that their Representative based on the procedures informed you for the Super CDW. Based on the procedures the Representative needs to explain to all customers the insurance procedures so that they are well informed what the excess amount covers and how the extra charges apply.
As they explained, you refused the extra insurance and you asked for the full insurance only after the damage had been made, and of course, the station could not do this.
Moreover, they explained that the vehicles cannot be delivered without inspection and that you checked it with the Rental Agent and signed the rental agreement with the car condition status. You kept the vehicle for the whole rental duration and never contacted with the relevant station to inform that you were not satisfied with the provided vehicle or that you had any problem.
Upon drop off, the vehicle was inspected and new damage was identified and they also sent us attached the official estimation of their Certified Partner, DAT HELLAS, which uses specifications of the Manufacturer as a basis for all repair cost calculations, providing a secure costing, considering every possible complex work in order to avoid any wrong multiple charges for repairs.
It is common that the vehicles are not repaired right away as this is not always possible in peak season.
We are really sorry for the damage that was caused.

This is the second time I have booked my ferry tickets for an island hopping holiday and the service has been excellent.
I have also made a number of enquiries and Greeka are very quick at coming back with a response.

It was good tour. I had to get back to airport before the tour ended. The arranged the services for that but at additional cost of 45 Euros which was a hit on pocket. But Anna did a good job. she guided us really well.

I just wanted to say a BIG thank you for organizing such a wonderful holiday for us.
It went like clockwork. Taxis were always on time, hotels were great and there was no stress at any stage of our travels.
The only thing that was a bit of a let down was Orizontes Hotel in Santorini. It was probably a 2 star at best and had no comparison to all the others. I just thought I'd let you know for future bookings.
Thank you again for the professional service you gave us, we are very grateful. Greece was beautiful!

I was satisfied with Greeka company, but I had a bad experience with rent company, they gave me bad car (damaged) and when I returned the car, they want extra fee for cleaning, they said, the car was too dirty and the member of the staff was rude, when I refused the payment.

After receiving your review we contacted the car rental agent "Naxosway" who informed us that the vehicle given to you was in perfect condition, a Nissan Micra model of 2015 with less than
30000 km. They confirmed that they never ask for a cleaning fee but that in your case they asked for such because the car was returned
very dirty and full of sand. They also told us that they apologize if they were rude and that it was probably due to seeing the car in such a bad state. In the end, as they confirmed, they did not charge you a cleaning fee.

Ordering ferry tickets through Greeka was simple and cost effective. Tickets were able to be picked up as directed. Very simple!

I booked the car for 15 days with pickup at Athens airport. Everything went perfectly. The rental representative waited in the arrival hall with my name on the paper. The handover took place in 10 minutes. Fiat GrandePunto (6 years old) was in excellent condition. We appreciated that it was a diesel car. I traveled 1600 km with low fuel consumption. Returning the car also without any problems. At the agreed time, the rental representative was on site and in 3 minutes. everything was done. Great experience and very professional approach. Good job. Thank you. This was 3rd or 4th experience with Greeka.com and always great satisfaction.
