Description
Greek Pasta Bake

Ingredients
Pasta:
- 500g (18 oz) penne or other pasta
- 4 Tablespoons butter
- ¾ Cup grated parmesan cheese
- ½ Teaspoon ground nutmeg
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 3 eggs

Meat:
- 1 large brown onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 Tablespoons butter or olive oil
- 1kg (2.2 lb) beef mince
- 140g (5 oz) tomato paste
- ½ Cup red wine
- ½ Cup water
- ½ bunch parsley
- Salt & pepper to taste

Cream sauce:
- 2/3 Cup butter
- ¾ Cup plain flour
- 1L (32 fl oz) milk
- ½ Teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 2 eggs
- Salt & pepper to taste
