Greek Coffee

Description
Rich and velvety coffee with kaimaki.

Ingredients
Equipment:

- An electric briki (or briko) or a food and drink heater

Note: You can also use a stove-top briki or a pot. Instead of switching it off, lift it from the heat.

Coffee:

- 1 heaped teaspoon pulverized coffee beans per cup of coffee
- 1 or 2 teaspoons sugar per cup of coffee, if desired
- 1 cup water per cup of coffee
