In the beautiful venue of the Old Mines in Limenaria Thassos, the festival EMMA 2010 will take place this year from July 2nd to 7th. The theme of the festival is the soundtrack music. Students, music composers, directors, sound designers and music producers will work with the audience and will exchange ideas on soundtracks. Famous personalities from Greece, the USA, UK and from the National Film and Television School of London will offer seminars and lectures on the special role of music and sound in cinema. In fact, the festival EMMA 2010 will be honored with the presence of the world famous orchestra film score composer Trevor Jones, who has composed the music of several films, including Excalibur (1981), Mississippi Burning (1988), The Last of the Mohicans (1992) and Notting Hill (1999).
