Molyvos International Music Festival 2023

Molyvos is a settlement in the northeastern part of Lesvos. It has a rich history and heritage, reflected through the traditional layout of the village. Every summer, in particular every August, Molyvos hosts an International Music Festival since 2015. The festival aims to promote classical music and contribute to the area's development at the same time.

Internationally-recognized young artists perform every year, making the festival a major classical music institution and turning Molyvos into a music destination. In addition, the concerts of the 8th International Molyvos Festival (2022) are broadcasted by an international streaming platform, allowing individuals from all over the world to have access to the event until December 31, 2023.

The institution also offers educational programs that familiarize children and young people with classical music throughout the year. The goal is to help them enhance their imagination and creativity.
