After its large success last year, the AegeanDocs International Documentary Film Festival will take place again from September 20th to 28th, 2014. 101 movies from 37 countries will be screened simultaneously in 17 spaces in all islands of Eastern Aegean.

The 1st Aegean International Documentary Festival will start on December 8th and will last till December 11th. Screenings will take place in the Municipal Theatre of Mytilene in Lesvos, where discussions with Greek and foreign directors have also been planned.

The municipality of Gera on Lesvos island organizes once more the established Pilchard and Octopus Festivals.

The Agricultural Festival of Lesvos will take place again this summer in the Museum of Natural History in Sigri Lesvos, right next to the Petrified Forest.
