The first floor consists of 3 bedrooms. 1 Master Bedroom and 2 additional bedrooms all with double bed, private bathroom, and private balcony. A Lift goes up to all 3 rooms.

All bedrooms are equipped with satellite TV, Wi-Fi, Fax, Air Condition, central heating, washing machine, and tumble dryer. On the ground floor, a very large space with living and dining room, kitchen with TV, Wi-Fi, DVD player, FAX, offices, Air Conditioning, central heating and drinks cellar is at your disposal.

An independent room with a private bathroom on the ground floor can accommodate two more persons. Space can also be used as auxiliary or relaxing space.

On the exterior space, there is a private swimming pool (14×7) and a jacuzzi pool (personal space 3×3)m only for the villa guests, an olive grove of 4.500m² and a private area of 10.000m² with various species of trees, vegetables. In the garden of the house, there is a traditional wooden structure where guests can relax, read, get a drink or even exercise.
