Location: Myrina

Between the market of Myrina and the traditional Romeikos Gialos, stands the beautiful “Arxontiko” Hotel. Behind the castle chronicles the story of the last two centuries. The Hotel Was built in 1851 and belongs to Karatzas family from Alexandria of Egypt. The 19th century was known as the National Hotel and was the only hotel in Myrina. Foreign travelers who visited wrote hymns for his hospitality. Today is a completely renovated and modernized building that has not lost anything from the old style.

The imposing stone walls, the impressive sun porch, and the traditional wood make it a true work of art, a monument of exceptional importance, as it described in two special presidential decrees. The rooms are spread over three floors, where the basic material is wood, even on curved structures, exuding a sense of warmth.
