Among the most popular beaches

Pedi is a long organized beach, one of the most popular in Simi. There are many hotels and taverns there and it gets crowded in the day, but in the evenings most people go in Chorio and leave Pedi alone. Only few people stroll along the waterfront and you can get the amazing smells of the cooking fish food. The beach is long but small and the umbrellas can be irritating sometimes, but at the two far ends of the beach there is room to lay your swimming towel and relax under the hot sun. Pedi is a tiring 30-minute hike away from Chorio, but the scenery is lovely, so I suggest to go by boat in the morning/ midday and return on foot at around sunset (if you accommodation is in Chorio).
