The exterior of the building has been made to replicate ancient Greek architecture, taking much of its inspiration from the Parthenon in Athens. Inside, the ceilings are adorned with colorful paintings depicting ancient Greek gods and philosophers. It is divided into three floors, each housing a distinct collection of items.
The ground floor is the historical section, featuring ancient artifacts from all over the world as well as antique furnishings. The top floor houses a display of artistic pieces, plates, vases, and other miscellaneous items indicative of Rhodian culture. Finally, there is the basement, which serves as the geological section, with a varied collection of colored stones, gemstones, minerals, crystals, and corals.
The museum is open daily from 09:00 to 14:00 and entry is free, while the owner offers free guided tours.
