It is one of the first buildings of the new town - area Niochori - built in the 19th-20th century. It is among 150 listed buildings of the city and has hosted prominent families of Muslim, Italian and Greek origin.
It is part of the history and the culture of the city. It has an imposing, yet simple architectural character with Ottoman and Italian influences. It consists of two (2) levels, the ground floor, and the first floor, with a quiet, traditional inner courtyard.
