Kambos Beach Patmos: The long beach of Kambos is located 9 km north of Chora and 600 meters downhill from the homonymous settlement. The shingle beach spreads for a couple of kilometres, with clean, shallow waters and plenty of trees for shade.

Kambos is the best organized beach of Patmos, offering various water sports facilities especially for windsurfing, sailing, paragliding and canoeing. Plenty of hotels are found in the wider region, as well as some of the finest seaside taverns serving the best lobster. Regular buses are linking Kambos to Skala throughout the day.
