Kos Folklore Museum: The picturesque island of Kos, also called the Garden of the Aegean is known for its natural beauty and great tradition. Agriculture is still very much prevalent on the island and has been practiced throughout its interesting history.

The museum is housed in a traditional residence in the town of Kefalos, around 40 kilometers away from the town of Kos, is an interesting Folklore museum displaying a rich collection of agricultural tools and objects used throughout the centuries. It also includes a lot of traditional artifacts such as embroideries, intricate and stunning woven tapestries, and silks.

Preserved with great care, the items provide a glimpse into the life of people during various historical periods. A must see visit for enthusiasts and also all visitors who enjoy traveling back in time.
