Greek Island Painting Trips are based on the beautiful and authentic Greek Island of Kalymnos. Run by husband and wife team John and Liz who have been resident on Kalymnos since 2006 and passionate about the island for some years before that.

They bring top Artist/Tutors from the UK to teach groups anything from Watercolour to Portraiture and more. They also welcome local artists or anyone interested to learn or improve their painting or drawing skills to join one of their trips. Some of their tutors will be returning for the third time next year as they seem to love Kalymnos as much as they do. Their groups are taken to amazing painting locations but they also ensure that they see some of the cultures of the island and have some fun and time to swim too.

Always included in their trips is the tiny Island of Telendos where their guests get to paint in peace and experience another side of life there. The majority of their artists stay in the lovely and peaceful resort of Myrties with plenty of Tavernas nearby but with the added attraction of being in walking distance of the livelier resort of Masouri. Artists visiting Kalymnos are spoilt for choice with the dramatic scenery, glorious light and the variety of locations which are too numerous to mention.

The friendly people there make this the ideal place to relax - hospitality awaits wherever you go and good food is always to be found. Greek Island Painting Trips also welcome non-painting partners and there is plenty there to keep them happy too - sunshine, blue sea and a cold drink seems like a good place to start.
