Vari Village, Syros: The coastal settlement of Vari lies on the south-east part of Syros, about 6 km south of Ermoupolis. It is a calm sea resort ideal for family holidays with a nice sandy beach,nice hotels and taverns. A Venetian tower stands in the traditional farming village of Vari and the remains of an ancient settlement were found in the nearby site of Koskonas.
