Syros Run 2019

Syros Run is the Cyclades’s biggest sporting event and a fantastic opportunity to discover an island where Greek tradition and western influence come to a harmonious marriage.
A total of 1,500 people participate every year in the event, including 520 from the rest of the country of Greece and from abroad. Apart from the participants from Syros, there were participants from Athens, Piraeus, Thessaloniki, Volos, Heraklion, Patras, Corinth, Agrinio and from the Cycladic islands. There were also few entries mainly from England, France, Canada, and Belgium.
All routes take place on a paved, almost flat, fully guarded, circular route, on the coast of Hermoupolis and there are routes of 3km/ 5km/ 10km for children and adults.
