Panagia Chrisopigi is regarded as the patron Saint of Sifnos. The traditional ritual which is followed during its celebration is kept unchanged throughout the years.

From September 5th-7th, the Cultural Association of Sifnos is organizing the Festival of Traditional Cycladic Cooking with the participation of all Cyclades islands. There will be kiosks with traditional dishes, music and dancing at the central square of Artemonas.

Paintings and sculptures of female Greek artists from the collection of the National Art Gallery will be exhibited in Sifnos, from August 10th to September 24th.

In Sifnos, the origin island of the famous Greek chef Nikos Tselementes, the 6th Festival of Traditional Cycladic Cooking will take place in the central square of Artemonas from September 6th to 8th.

A photo exhibition was inaugurated in Sifnos on Saturday, July 24th in the Cultural Centre of Artemonas, a traditional village of the island very close to the capital.

An interesting collection of the Greek National Gallery is inaugurated today in the Old School of Kastro, on Sifnos.

The Traditional Cuisine Festival that is held in Artemonas village, Sifnos island, will take place on September 3rd-5th this year.

A three-day festival of traditional Greek cooking will take place in a few days on the island of Sifnos, Cyclades. The festival is entitled Nikolaos Tselementes.
