Blue Dome, Finikia and Oia Sunset Tour
Combining the traditional Cycladic element of Santorinian villages and landmarks with the unparalleled sunset of the volcanic caldera settlements is surely a fabulous way of enhancing your summer vacation.
In this tour, we will transport you by bus to the picturesque village Immerovigli which is a traditional settlement continuation of Fira and one of the most beautiful balconies of the island, as located on a higher cliff which allows a clear view of the caldera and the volcano.
The tour continues towards the second stop at the picturesque settlement of Firostefani, nested on top of the Caldera cliff. There, the emblematic Blue Dome Orthodox Church of Agioi Theodoroi (Saints Theodore) can be admired along with the superb seascapes. Its whitewashed structure and unique church bells have become a very frequently photographed Santorinian landmark in the past few decades.
The tour’s third and final stop is at the charming Oia village, where guests can have plenty of time to marvel at the world-famous Caldera sunset. One of the best spots to admire the vista undisturbed, is definitely from the Castle of Oia.
After the sun sets, guests will be returned to their lodging. The tour lasts approximately 5 hours and is available throughout the summer season. This is a family-friendly excursion, with toddlers up to 2 years of age able to enter for free and children of 3 to 12 years only pay half a ticket.
