Santorini enters the recycling program

Since the mid-November, the municipality of Santorini has started a recycling program. Special bins have been put in many spots around the island and through a campaign, the residents have been informed on the importance of recycling for the environment and for the quality of their life. Paper, glass and metal will be placed in the special bins and will be transferred to particular installations in Athens.
