Hollywood stars Pitt and Jolie in Santorini

The famous Hollywood actors Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie arrived last week in Santorini with their children to spend few days of relaxation in the wonderful volcanic island of the Aegean Sea. The two actors arrived in Santorini by private plane chartered by Cyprus Airways last Tuesday, May 11th. They stayed for 3 days in a luxurious complex close to Perissa beach and spent most of the time in their suites. However, they were seen by the surprised locals and tourists strolling around in the paved streets of Fira, admiring the gorgeous view to the Volcano. The couple with their children left the island on Thursday and went to southern France. It seems that both actors are fond of Greece as in summer 2009, they spent a few relaxing days in Elounda Crete. After all, this was not the first time that Angelina Jolie visits Santorini. In 2003, she had come to the island for the shootings of the Hollywood movie "Lara Croft Tomb Raider: The Cradle of Life". Back then, she had expressed her admiration for Santorini and the wish to come back some time.
