Meeting on Internet Security

A meeting about the advantages and disadvantages of using the Internet will take place tomorrow evening, Thursday November 27th, 2008, at the Bellonio Cultural Foundation in Fira village, Santorini. The meeting is organized by the Teacher's Union of Santorini and of southern Cyclades. It will last from 5.30 p.m. till 08.00 p.m and all teachers, parents and students are welcome to attend it. In a world that is rapidly changing, such meetings are useful and necessary, especially for parents who  are not used in new technologies. This way, parents will have the chance to hear the pro and cons of using the Internet and they will get better information on how to protect their children, if needed.
