Korean movie in the Cinema Club

The Cinema Club of Santorini is presenting on Saturday, December 6th, the Korean movie Time. The movie show will take place in  Boutari winery, Megalochori, at 8:45 p.m. "Time" was directed by Kim Ki-duk and it was awarded with an Oscar Award for Original Scenario. It deals with a modern couple that lives well till the woman realizes that her body is growing old. So, she abandons her mate and gets a plastic surgery. When she re-appears in front of him, the man, with his feelings hurt from the abandonment, gets in love with this strange female, until he realizes the truth. So, he disappears too and gets a plastic surgery himself. This interesting movie is a bitter comment on the vanity of people and the superficial of modern relationships.
