In fact, the documentary entitled Doomsday Volcano is dedicated to the volcano of Santorini, one of the largest and most mysterious volcanoes in human history, and sheds light on the huge explosion that occurred 3,500 years ago. The documentary was produced by National Geographic and shown in 2008.
