As the island is surrounded by reefs, old wrecks, and uninhabited islets, scuba diving is a very popular activity among guests. Many diving centers are found in the most popular tourist places on the island, such as Golden Beach, New Golden Beach, Naoussa, Aliki, Santa Maria and Parikia. These centers offer courses for all ages and levels, rent equipment to individual divers, and organize boat trips to interesting diving spots.

Among the most popular diving sites in Paros are the Bubble Reef at a depth of 12-18m (ideal for all levels), the Barracuda Point, the Cave at the uninhabited island of Panderonisi, the Stringway Point and more. Many old wrecks are also found around Paros, such as the shipwreck of MS Samina at a max depth of 35m, recommended for advanced divers.
