Recycling program for the electronic waste

The Municipality of Paros has decided to extend its recycling program and to include electronic waste, too. In particular, residents can recyles all kinds of electronic waste, such as fluorescent lamps, cell phones, computer equipment and electrical sets. All these items must be whole, not damaged, otherwise they cannot be recycled. Recycles bins for electronic waste have been put in all municipalities and outside the Town Hall of Paros. Residents can also bring their electronic waste in the Depot, next to the Fire Brigade, on the way from Parikia to Naoussa, every morning between 7.00 a.m and 2.00 p.m. This program shows the sensitivity that the Municipality of Paros shows towards the environment.
