Stou Fred is a small restaurant of only 30 seats, created by French chef Fred Chesneau, who settled down in Paros after years of culinary explorations all over the world. His goal is to share all the recipes he has compiled during his time as a globe cooker. The establishment is located in the old town of Parikia and welcomes guests in a beautifully decorated garden full of flowers and plants.
The restaurant offers world cuisine inspired by the chef’s journeys around the globe. The chef has created a five-course meal, including dessert, where guests can choose different options depending on what suits their tastes. All the dishes are prepared with fresh ingredients and are presented with creative, contemporary platings. The meal is accompanied by a variety of wines and other drinks.
Since the establishment is fairly small, it is highly recommended to book a table beforehand.
