Kapari restaurant is a family-run business located in the beautiful area of Naoussa. The Kaparis family comes from Paros and their love for the island is apparent through the dishes. The finest ingredients combined with love and meraki- a Greek word that doesn't have an equivalent in English and means "to do something with passion and devotion" - lead to gastronomic wonders. The family prepares sauces, pickles, jams, and spoon sweets during winter and capers and Crithmum during summer.

All dishes are inspired by the island and are created by following the treasured recipes of the Kaparis family. Seafood is a raw material that holds a special place in their heart, so if you enjoy it too don't skip ordering such dishes. The Greek tuna fillet and octopus giouvetsi are two of the establishment's most praised dishes.
