Breakfast is served from 8.00 to 11.30, and has a plethora of options you can choose from - porridge, crepes, yogurt, salads, eggs, toast, and desserts.
Crepe Madame is a dish that stands out on the menu - a handmade buckwheat crepe with fried egg, cream of cave-aged gruyere, sauteed mushrooms, and apaki smoked pork.
For those with a sweet tooth, don't miss the Buckwheat Pancakes with mascarpone, red fruit jam, and iced berries.

The All-Day menu is available to the guests, between 12.00 and 19.00.
The Parian Salad with cherry, tomatoes, cucumbers, capers, sea fennel, and Paros xinomizithra sour cream, is an excellent choice.
From the main courses, don't miss the Lobster Giouvetsi, with homemade mirmitzeli (orzo pasta) cooked in lobster broth with estragon, lemon confit, and Syros gruyere.

Dinner is served between 19.30 and 00.00.
