Paros Pounda beach

General information

Pounda in Paros is one of the liveliest beaches on the island. It is located on the eastern part of Paros, facing Naxos island and the beach has crystal clear waters.
It should not be confused with Pounda bay, the island's biggest watersport hub, offering opportunities for kitesurfing.

A beach bar with a pool is also situated on the coast of Pounda, which frequently organizes parties and attracts thousands of young visitors every year.
A small section of the beach is organized, with sunbeds and sun umbrellas to rent, although this area is less popular for swimming as it mostly attracts watersport enthusiasts who flock to the local kitesurfing clubs and visitors who enjoy the lively atmosphere at the beach bar.
A few accommodations are also available in the surrounding area.

The area can easily be reached by car. Alternatively, you can get to the nearby beach of Logaras by KTEL bus and walk to Pounda from there.
