How to get to Ambelas beach

There are many different ways to get to Ambelas from any location on the island.
Airport to Ambelas: 22.5 km / 13.9 miles | Port to Ambelas: 13 km / 8 miles | Parikia to Ambelas: 13 km / 8 miles

Private transfers: We recommend using an online pre-booked transfer service, which provides transfer by taxi, minibus, or private VIP car and arranging a pickup directly from the port, airport, or your hotel. Car rental: Τhere's the option of renting a car and picking it up directly from the airport, port, or your hotel. Using a rental car allows visitors to discover Ambelas and many other places of interest at their own pace.

Public transport: The central bus station of the island is located at the main Port of Paros (Parikia). There are several buses from Parikia to locations close to Ambelas during the day. Consider that time schedules might change according to the season. Check the official timetables here.
From Paros Airport to Ambelas: There’s a bus station outside the airport building. The buses that depart from there take visitors to the main bus station in Parikia Village. From Parikia, visitors should take a bus to reach Naoussa and from there another bus to reach Ambelas.
From Paros Port to Ambelas: The central bus station is located at the main Port of Paros (Parikia). From there, visitors who have arrived by ferry should take a bus to reach Naoussa and from there another bus to reach Ambelas.
Tip: Since buses don’t always stop at every scheduled stop of their itinerary, our advice to visitors is to inform the driver about their final destination, so that he makes a stop there.
