For the first time, the International Festival Antanaclasis (Reflections) will take place in the beautiful island of Mykonos under the auspices of the Municipality of Mykonos and the Gryparion Cultural Centre. Antanaclasis will present four brilliant concerts: two classical, one jazz and one of Greek music. Twelve internationally renowned artists from Greece and abroad will participate at this important celebration. The festival, that will take place from July to October, aims to drift the audience into a musical journey with sounds from different parts of the world.
Thursday, July 7th, 21:30- Lakka Open Theatre
Delicious Chemistry Across The Universe
The internationally acclaimed saxophonist, singer and composer Dimitris Vassilakis, known as "The Greek God of Jazz", will open the festival with modern adaptations of classic songs, like Nat King Cole's "Nature Boy", Door's "Light My Fire" and Nina Simone's "Four Women". The British jazz singer Juliet Kelly will appear on the stage to perform songs from her personal discography.

Thursday, August 18th, 21:00- Gryparion Cultural Centre
Chamber Music Recital with Jose Franch-Ballester and Vanessa Benelli Mosell
Jose Franch- Ballester, the well-known Spanish clarinetist together with the Italian pianist Vanessa Benelli Mosell will give a fantastic performance in the Gryparion Cultural Centre, Mykonos Town.

Jewels of Classical Music
Alexandra Nomidou, piano and Micheal Guttman, violin will perform classical masterpieces of Mendelssohn, Dvorak and Belgian composers.

The Pilgrim
The Greek composer and singer Alkinoos Ioannidis uses his inspiring orchestrations and creative talent to tell us songs about dreams, mirrors, revolutions, the rain and the sea, marking the end of this festival.
