Divounia Mykonos: Divounia is a lovely fishing settlement located 13 km southeast of Mykonos Town. The small beach is found next to a picturesque hamlet and is among the most secluded places in Mykonos. In fact, it separates Kalafatis beach from Agia Anna beach.

The small beach boasts a few pebbles and deep blue waters. The village has lovely whitewashed houses overlooking the sea, and two local taverns serve delicious fish dishes from the morning catch of the day.
Additionally, the prehistoric remains that lie in the area date back to the Roman period.
There are many different ways to get to Divounia from any location on the island. Airport to Divounia: 11.3 km / 7 miles | New Port to Divounia: 14 km / 8.6 miles | Town to Divounia: 13 km / 8 miles

Car rental: There’s the option of renting a car and picking it up directly from the airport, port, or your hotel. Using a car rental allows visitors to discover Divounia beach and many other places of interest at their own pace.
Public transfers: Ano Mera is located next to Divounia beach (a 10-minute walk). In Ano Mera village lies the terminal of the bus route Mykonos town (Fabrika) > Ano Mera. Note that there are two central bus stations in Mykonos town: Fabrika and Old Port. Several buses depart from Fabrika to Platis Gialos during the day. Itineraries might change according to the season. Check the official timetables here. From Mykonos airport to Divounia: A bus station lies outside the main terminal building. The bus route Airport > New Port (approximately every 1.5 hours) takes visitors to Fabrika central station (second stop). From Fabrika, visitors should board another bus to reach Divounia, following the route Mykonos town (Fabrika) > Ano Mera. From Mykonos new port (in Tourlos) to Divounia: The bus station is located at the new port of Mykonos, a 3-minute walk away from the passenger disembarkation area. From there, visitors who have arrived by ferry can take the bus route New Port > Airport (approximately every hour) and get off after 3 stops. From there, visitors need to reach the bus station of Fabrika (a 15-minute walk). From Fabrika, visitors should board another bus to reach Divounia, following the route Mykonos town (Fabrika) > Ano Mera. Tip: Since buses don’t always stop at every scheduled stop of their itinerary, our advice to visitors is to inform the driver about their final destination in advance.
