Private transfers: We recommend using an online pre-booked Mykonos transfer service, which provides transfer by taxi, minibus or private VIP car and arranging a pickup directly from the port, airport or your hotel. Alternatively, there’s the option of arranging a pickup by a local driver directly at the following numbers: 0030 694 559 7854, 0030 22890 22400 or book your taxi online.
Car rental: Τhere’s the option of renting a car in Mykonos with as little as 10 euros per day and pick it up directly from the airport, port or your hotel. Using a car rental allows visitors to discover Agia Anna beach and many other places of interest in Mykonos at their own pace.
Public transfers: Kalafatis beach is located next to Agia Anna beach (7-minute walk). In Kalafatis lies the terminal of the bus route Mykonos town (Old Port) > Kalafatis. Note that there are two central bus stations in Mykonos town: Fabrika and Old Port. There are several buses from Old Port to Kalafatis during the day. Consider that time schedules might change according to the season. Check the official timetables here.
From Mykonos airport to Agia Anna: There’s a bus station outside the airport’s main terminal building. The bus route Airport > New Port (approximately every 1.5 hours) takes visitors to Fabrika central station (second stop). From there, visitors need to reach the bus station of Old Port (15-minute walk). From Old Port, visitors should take another bus to reach Agia Anna, following the route Mykonos town (Old Port) > Kalafatis.
From Mykonos new port (in Tourlos) to Agia Anna: The bus station is located at the new port of Mykonos, a 3-minute walk away from the passenger disembarkation area. From there, visitors who have arrived by ferry to Mykonos can take the bus route New Port > Old Port (approximately every 30 minutes) and get off at the terminal. From Old Port, visitors should take another bus to reach Agia Anna, following the route Mykonos town (Old Port) > Kalafatis.
Tip: Since buses don’t always stop in every scheduled stop of their itinerary, our advice to visitors is to inform the driver about their final destination, so that he makes a stop there.
