General information

Aosa (or Naoussa) Beach is one of the three beaches comprising a continuum on the eastern side of Kythnos. More specifically, Aosa, Kouri and Zogaki are neighboring beaches connected via steps.

Aosa has a sandy shore and crystalline azure waters. It is totally pristine and the small number of houses around it ensures guests some moments of tranquility in a natural environment. Even though no umbrellas are available on-site, guests may take advantage of the few tamarisks, which offer their shade generously. Also, the location of the beach guarantees its protection from winds most of the time.

If you follow the coastal path connecting the adjoining beaches for another 400 meters, you will end up in a small peninsula. On it, you will see a tiny picturesque church; that is the chapel of Agios Ioannis (Saint John) Eleimon, dedicated to the Patriarch of Alexandria around 610-619. The spot is very photogenic and the views it offers are amazing!
