Aristaios is a source of fresh fruit, seasonal vegetables, caper and olives, local wine and tsipouro, pasta, a series of liqueurs, marmalades and delicious spoon sweets, as well as local types of cheese, cold meats and croutons.

Also, therapeutic remedies such as dried herbs coming from the hills of the vicinity, spatholado (St.Johnswort) and beeswax cream as well as honey and pasteli. Besides natural products, there are some books about the history and folklore of Kea island for the explorers of Cycladic culture.
