In September we spent a wonderful week at Sosannas in the suite. I can only recommend this apartment: The bathroom is perfect, bedroom and living room are tastefully furnished, bright colours and lots of lights, the kitchen with the oven made me cook more than I had intended, though there are very good taverns at Pollonia, too. ( I only missed a board for cutting onions etc.) The veranda is spacious, with comfortable deckchairs to relax and enjoy the sea-view. The service was great! ( For me the towels and bathrobes were changed almost too often.) Now at home I do miss the four-poster-bed, in which I slept so well!
The stay in the suite was really uplifting to me - and the price absolutely fair.

We (me, my husband and our son aged 5) spent at Island House 5 fantastic days. The location is beautiful, apartments are finely decorated and very clean, the owners, Dimitra and Frangoulis, very kind and ready to help you with all of your needs. We hope to come back soon ......

My wife and I have visited the Island House 3 times. We can certainly recommend the accommodation. You feel really welcome when you meet Frank and his family. In September 2011 we are going out for a month island hopping and will finish with 5-7 days in Island House./Bernt and Gun Lundin from SWEDEN

We just came back from Ios after 5 days at Island House. Everything was perfect! Francesco and his wife are really very kind persons; their welcome is really warm and the House is good for everybody but especially for families.

A group of us came here for our A level celebration holiday...we were all studying in Dubai and had heard about Island Hotel through trip advisor and it had some great reviews! Wr arrived and were greeted warmly with a free round of drinks! This place is perfect for either families or groups of people as it is out of the way thus to avoid noise but close to the beach and restraunts and taking the bus into town for the nightlife was far from a hassle! I also reccomend if anyone stays here to try out the cheese toasties! A perfect getaway and I will be returning this summer!

The most beautiful place for vacation
Island house is a cycladic traditional hotel with very nice decorated apartments close to the beach, with nice view and all the facilities someone needs for a nice stay. The place is very clean and the owners are very friendly and we have joined very much their hospitality. WE reccomend this place for everyone.

I stayed in Island House this summer with 7 other friends and would definately recommend it. The owners are lovely and provide toasties at any time of day! It has a nice pool and is just set back from the beach. Great place for teenagers to stay and the bus service into town is great. The rooms are simple but clean and everything you need. Would definately stay there again.

We stayed at Island House for the fist time this year. The hotel is perfect for families. Great location, excellent facilities and a very friendly staff made our stay highly memorable. We strongly recommend the place and would certainly like to come back at a later occation.

i have stayed at Island house three times in the past and i am going back to ios this year and hope to stay there again. Island house is beautiful, good value, friendly, clean, very close to the beach and run by lovely people. I would recommend it to anyone wishing to stay by the beach in ios.
