Ios Diamoudia beach

General information

Ios Diamoudia beach: Diamoudia is a secluded cove located on the northern part of the island, 7km from Chora. The beach is covered by sand and few large pebbles, while it is surrounded by rocky formations and little greenery. The seabed is rocky as well and not the ideal place for bathing, more appropriate for snorkeling. Diamoudia is a good destination to spend a whole day in total privacy, as it receives few visitors coming mostly by boat. The surrounding region is secluded, with no taverns, accommodation or other tourist facilities.
