Delicious baked spicy cheese wrapped in phyllo and served with pepper jam, smoky eggplant salad with roasted cherry tomatoes, “xinotyro” cheese and marjoram, caper salad, “kalogeros” (eggplant in the roaster with braised veal), salad with dried figs cooked in raki, pork chops and moussaka, are only some of the alternatives for the main course, followed by homemade desserts.
