  • For the construction, we combined the simplicity & comfort of the natural wood and the polished concrete with the robustness of the stone walls
  • The colors of stone, the wooden constructions, the Mediterranean plants, such as olive trees, lavenders and the rosemary all in harmony with nature and the Cycladic landscape. The orientation of the villa has been designed so as to offer protection from the strong summer winds coming from north [aka meltemia]. The light is discreetly diffused in all areas and room of the villa, throughout the day, whereas the wooden pergolas provide shade when needed. The villas support both privacy & sociability, providing open spaces (kitchens- dining rooms- everyday spaces) as well as small, independent verandas for the bedrooms.
