Anafi transportation

Anafi is one of the most quiet places in Greece with limited transportation. The island is small and most of the roads are track so locals cover the distances on foot or with donkeys. There is a local bus linking Chora and the port of Anafi and there are frequent routes during the day until the late evening hours in order to facilitate passengers.

There is also a bus service between Chora and the the Monastery of Zoodochos Pighi which makes stops at the beautiful beaches of the island. There are no taxis in Anafi but there are little making the tour to the isolated beaches.
