Founded by the Region of Crete, the Cretan Gastronomy Center is housed in “Archontiko Manousaki”, a three-floor neoclassical building, which was built in 1933 in Argiroupoli village, Rethymno. Its aim is to promote Cretan Gastronomy through educational and recreational programs for both children and adults. The Cretan Diet is not just what we eat, it is also the way we live our lives and cultivate, and this is what you are about to discover in the Cretan Gastronomy Center!
