Heraklion Psari Forada beach

General information

Psari Forada Heraklion: A lovely and quiet resort located 88 km south east of Heraklion Town and 58 km west of Agios Nikolaos. The beach is long and sandy, while some capes on both sides protect it from strong winds.

The water is clean and refreshing. Although the beach is not organized, some fish taverns and rooms to rent can be found in the village above. The closest tourist resort is Myrtos, but the region also has many secluded beaches to relax and traditional villages to get a view of rural life in Crete.
