Heraklion Agia Pelagia Psaromoura beach

General information

Agia Pelagia Psaromoura Heraklion: Psaromoura beach is located 24 km north west of Heraklion Town. It is rather small, with sand, pebbles and some rocks and it is a preferred destination for the weekend by the locals. Umbrellas are available on this beach. However, it is not protected from the strong winds. To reach it, you would need to continue on the road to Capsis Hotel and then ask for further directions.

The airport is a couple of kilometres from the main town while the closest facilities are in the village of Agia Pelagia. Several people consider Psaromoura beach as a serene place to relax in. There is also a small canteen selling ice-cream and cold drinks.
