Museum of Greek Children’s Art in Athens
The Museum of Greek Children’s Art was established in 1994 is one of the few museums worldwide that exhibits artifacts and creations of children aged between 5-14 years. The museum is hosted in Kodrou Street 9, in the picturesque area of Plaka and aims to showcase the children artistic sensitivity and vision of the world as well as encourage this unique expression. It also promotes art as an alternative and more effective way of learning.
The museum focuses on preserving the children art, as it is considered a very special form of creation.
