The Last Grand Tour art exhibition

A new contemporary art exhibition entitled The Last Grand Tour- Modern Travelers to Greece will take place in the Museum of Cycladic Art from April 15th to October 10th, 2011. The main objective is to present and bring to the forefront many of the international renowned artists who lived in Greece during the 20th century. As Greece is a place of great inspiration, the works presented at the museum are reflecting the ways in which this country, the cultural history and the geographical features have been the source of artistic inspiration through time. This exhibition is a great chance to honor all these artists who spent a long period of time in Greece, or even made it their second home.
