The Greek Song is still Alive II - Oloi mazi boroume & Dionisis Savvopoulos

When people join forces, there is nothing they can’t achieve. With this idea in mind, the successful action “Oloi mazi mporoume” (roughly translated as “Together, we can do it” in Greek) organizes a unique concert to spread the message of hope and raise money for those in need. In this challenging times, where the crisis in not only economic but affects our personal lives and routine, it is necessary that we take a step back and remember to be more humane, more giving and more caring towards each other and especially towards those who suffer the most.
The concert will be held on Wednesday, July 12th at the mesmerizing Panathenaic Stadium (Kallimarmaro) and will feature the major artist Dionisis Savvopoulos, a pioneer of the contemporary Greek music scene, known for his innovative take on folklore tunes. The celebrated singer will be accompanied by 12 other famous artists, in a night dedicated to the magnitude of Greek music –and that of solidarity. Tickets are already on sale, while contributions in the form of food supplies will be rather appreciated.
