Tango Acropolis Dance Competition 2014

The 4th annual festival Tango Acropolis is taking place from December 5th to 7th, 2014. As part of this festival, the first Official International Preliminary of the World Tango Competition of Buenos Aires is represented.
During the 3 days and nights of tango dance, free introductory courses open to the public will be offered. Moreover, during the festival, famous dancers will present shows and visitors will have the chance to attend tango nights. The program includes also performances by lots of couples who will take part in the competition from Greece and countries from all over the world.
The winners in the categories of Tango Salon and Tango Escenario will participate in the World Qualifier Competition in August 2015 at Buenos Aires, Argentina, the birthplace of tango. Dancing competitions will take place at Anna Kalouta Municipal Theatre and at Zappeion Megaron.
