The impressive gardens of Agricultural University open to the public for a contemporary art experience! Visitors will have the chance to explore the Agricultural University, one of the first universities of Greece.
Contemporary art, academic knowledge, technological methodologies and agricultural practices come together to reveal a new aspect of academic life. The exhibition takes place at the Agricultural Museum, the central building of the University and the gardens of the Agricultural University. Salt, fire, gardens, seeds, water, earth and air are the 7 themes of the exhibition’s public programme, which will includes many events, such as workshops, cooking sessions, food, talks, recordings, performances and walks. Visitors will have the chance to explore many interesting parts of the University: the vineyard, the orchard and the botanical gardens. They will also learn alternative farming practices, discover hands on philosophy of building from earth, meditate on the history of stones, discover new ways of communing food and many more.
