Athens Half-Marathon 2020

A vivid and colorful stream of runners will be on the streets of the Athens city centre for 9th year in row, taking part in the 2020 Athens Half Marathon, a major international running event held in Athens every third weekend of March, matching with the Spring Equinox date.
The 2020 Athens Half Marathon, organized by SEGAS (Hellenic Athletics Federation) and the City of Athens, co-organized by the Attica Region, and ERGO Insurance as Grand Sponsor, will take place on Sunday 22 March 2020 and the running races of the event are: the half Marathon, the 5km race, the 3km race and the 1km race.
Syntagma, Panepistimio, Stadiou, Amalias, Vas. Sofias, Alexandras and Patision Avenues are only few of the major streets and roads where the city’s heart beats, as the runners of the Athens Half Marathon event create a unique celebration spirit. The thousands of runners and those who attend the event in order to watch and applaud them, truly enjoy a different city morning.
