Pelagos, a member of the Four Seasons Astir Palace Hotel, is a well-known restaurant awarded with a Michelin Star! Its chef, Luca Piscazzi, and his kitchen staff offer an innovative twist on Mediterranean cuisine centered around the use of fresh, seasonal fish and seafood! Choose one of the two pre-made menus with appetizers like caviar pasta and mint ceviche, as well as high-quality main dishes! The main courses include fish ceviche dishes, aged seabass filets with kumquat, cuttlefish carbonara bowls, crosscut monkfish filets, and lobster with porcini mushrooms and pomegranate!

Finish your meal with one of the available desserts, such as the chocolate tart or the Grand Marnier souffle with vanilla-flavored ice cream! This fine-dining experience can be accompanied by a bottle of wine, selected amongst an array of excellent wines of Mediterranean origin!
